Chris Speicher is a dynamic executive known for his strategic leadership in the real estate industry. Alongside his wife, Peggy Lyn, who brings 33 years of real estate experience to the table, Chris co-operates the Speicher Group, a top-tier agency delivering exceptional service and results.

Transitioning to residential real estate 2010, after a successful sales and marketing career with global brands like Microsoft (MSFT), Thomson Reuters (TRI), Comcast (CMCSA), and Stanley Black & Decker Inc (SWK), Chris has demonstrated a keen ability to adapt and excel in diverse environments.

Leading the Speicher Group, Chris oversees three specialized teams serving distinct markets: the Greater Washington D.C. metro region (including Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia), the Maryland and Delaware beaches, and Maui, Hawaii.

Chris leverages his extensive expertise to consult with multiple public companies and private investment firms, providing subject matter expertise and strategic guidance. Previously, he served as a board advisor to Bright MLS, contributing insights to shape the direction of the real estate industry.

Additionally, Chris serves on the The Real Brokerage (REAX) Leadership Advisory Board, the Four Seasons Guest Advisory Panel, and was a founding member of the Zillow (ZG) Agent Advisory Board, where he spent 11 years shaping industry standards.

Furthermore, Chris is a Principal at SG Ventures, a general partnership that invests in technology companies focused on building real estate technology platforms and consumer-centric technology ecosystems.
