Lynda Nguyen has ideas. Lots of them. She’s driven by curiosity and creativity. Fave class in college? Entrepreneurship, because it challenged her to take chances and put herself out there. One class ran a contest to sell cookies on campus with only $20. She baked cookies, set up shop near the library, and let the delicious aromas do all the work of luring weary, hungry students and thus driving up sales. Genius.

Her dual degree in business and accounting led to work as an auditor where she once stayed up until 3am counting trains on the metro system. As fun as that sounds (lol), she knew that wasn’t for her. Her real passion? Helping people. She’s a problem-solver always looking for ways to make things better for others. As a proud first generation immigrant whose parents are from Vietnam, Lynda served as the family translator and now uses her savvy accounting and investment skills to help them navigate their finances. She came to real estate as a property accountant but realized she was more intrigued by the sales side. While driving to meet clients all over the DMV area, she’s most likely listening to a real estate or investing podcast rather than music. Sharp. Focused. On top of her game. A perfect day off involves a spa all to herself with nothing but her iPad and a sheet mask. She has traveled a lot and still dreams of seeing the elephants in Thailand, but Montgomery County is where her family is and it’s the place that most feels like home.
