Disney trains their office employees in a class called Put A Smile In Your Voice because they know how important it is to deliver great customer service to everyone — especially over the phone. 

Let’s just say Oxana could teach this as a master class. She’s the first point of contact for clients and her work is done almost entirely over the phone. In real life, it’s rare to see her without a smile so it’s no surprise to know others can feel the warmth in her smile even if they never get the chance to meet her in person.

Oxana is whip-smart and extremely well-read. Her perfect day is right out of a Meg Ryan rom-com: she’d spend it an outdoor cafe, on a brisk fall day, sipping fine wine and enjoying a good book (quite possibly her favorite book Jane Eyre). But her passion? Cooking, because it reminds her of home. She grew up in Tajikistan (part of the former soviet union near Afghanistan) where she was surrounded by rich Korean, Tajik, and Russian cultural influences…and it’s cultures she was immersed in as a child that inspire her culinary creations. We’re guessing her kitchen must smell amazing. #yum

Best vacation? Maui, with her whole family. And, for as much as she’s traveled she’d love to cross off an even 100 countries from her wishlist.
