In a September 20 blog post by Urban Turf, a Washington, D.C. area real estate site, they released their list of the “10 DC Zip Codes Where Homes Are Selling Quickest” and Shepherd Park (20012) came in 5th with the Chevy Chase area (20015) right behind in 6th.
RealEstate Business Intelligence conducted the study and based their criteria on important factors like low interest rates, low inventory and high demand. Below is the full list of zip codes that made the cut:
