East Dumpling House has a few main specialties. One, as the name suggests, are their signature homemade dumplings. What separates their fare from other area locations is that rather than going to a food distributor, East Dumpling House makes their dumpling skins in-house using a one of Ren’s secret recipes. It’s not exactly fast food, as the dumplings are made to order, but that’s just part of the restaurant’s fresh-everything mantra.
Another delicacy that is unique to East Dumpling House, and that Rockville homeowners and residents are sure to love, are the restaurant’s Chinese kebabs. Known more as the type of street food delicacy one would find in the eclectic culinary scene of New York City, Chinese kebobs are marinated with special spices and then served to East Dumpling House customers fresh off the grill.
