My lucky day was when I called your office and got Gary Speicher. I lived on Chevy Chase St. in the Kentlands and was trying to get a townhouse in Ridgepoint without much success. Other companies I had called were not very helpful.
When Gary was on vacation he called me to tell me a house was coming on the market and he would either come back to show it to me or have someone take me to see it.
After being out bided on two houses the third was the charm.
Gary then proceeded to help me get my house ready for showing. Everyone he recommended to get this house ready was excellent.
He kept in touch with me and let me know what was going on and when it was sold he then recommended the best contractor to help me fix up my house on Ridgepoint.
I have purchased other houses, but I have never had an agent like Gary.
