MRIS and the Power of Tax Records
We’re in Matrix (from MRIS) all the time. We search listings, we e-mail, we fax, we search tax records… on a an almost daily basis. Recently, as we’ve ramped-up our farming efforts, we’re realizing just how MRIS and tax records play a vital role in saving us money and staying current.
Why purchase farming lists? Why pay someone else to gather mailing addresses for you? Why not use MRIS?
Simply search by subdivision, choose the homes you’d like to market to, export the mailing list, and then manage it on your own from there. As always, there are dozens of variables to choose from, but this video should have shown you the basics.
