Every year, the Sandy Spring Volunteer Fire Department (SSVFD), with lights flashing and sirens screaming, bring Santa Claus around to the Olney and Sandy Spring areas.
Here is the 2012 schedule for Santa’s visits:
- Tuesday 12/18 – Manor Oaks, Dellabrooke Forest, Brookeville, Bordley Estates, Sandy Spring
- Wednesday 12/19 – Williamsburg Village, Cashell Manor, Norbeck Grove, Olney Oaks, Briars Acres
- Thursday 12/20 – Olney Mill, Brookeville Knolls, Tanterra, Olney Village
- Friday 12/21 – Victoria Springs, Brooke Manor, The Preserve, Sycamore Acres, Norbeck Meadows
- Saturday 12/22 – Ashton Meadow, Ashton Manor, Ednor Acres, Hampshire Greens, Ashley Manor
