I wanted to take this opportunity to share with you a most positive experience I had in dealing with The Speicher Team. Sometime ago we had the opportunity to meet and I shared with him my desire to sell my condo “at some point” In the future in an effort to relocate to the Atlanta Georgia area.

Not listing the unit until the market conditions were ripe with few if any other units available end in recommending a sales price which would bring the buyers in, as a result my sales price was the highest sale price for a condominium in the Kentland’s at the time.
The communication before, during and after the sale of the unit was excellent and the team was always available to answer my questions and to deal with any concerns I had during the listing. Truthfully, I can think of nothing he could have done better in representing me and the sale of my home.
