Peggy Lyn Speicher and The Speicher team are proud to announce that Peggy Lyn was recently elected to the Board of Directors for one of her favorite charitable organizations: Success In Style.
Success In Style’s (SIS) mission is to assist women and men in crisis, in the Baltimore–Washington corridor become employed and self-sufficient. They promote dignity and professionalism through appropriate business attire, practical fashion advice and interview counseling.
Since the organization is strictly non-profit, they accept donations of cash or clothing.
All donated clothes are sorted, business attire goes to Success In Style clients and all other clothing is sent to their thrift boutique, Charity’s Closet, to be sold. The proceeds generated at Charity’s Closet support the mission of Success In Style.
Once a year, Success In Style holds a wonderful fashion show, shopping party, and luncheon, call Pink Bag Lunch. This year it will be held at the brand new Mercedes Benz dealership in Catonsville on September 15, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM; it’s a lot of fun.
