We’ve been enjoying a lot of high fives and fist pumps from our friends and clients over the past few days since we were featured as the area’s Top Producing Real Estate Team in the Washingtonian Magazine’s “Best of 2015” issue.
Some asked how we did it, others said they weren’t surprised.
“Congratulations again for all you are doing to promote professionalism in our industry. Thanks for being a RE/MAX Realty Centre Team!” posted Bette Buffington, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Realty Centre in Olney and Clarksburg, Maryland.
“Thanks! This is truly an honor that we have worked many years to achieve. We are so grateful to have an amazing team who makes it all possible,” replied Peggy Lyn Speicher, co founder of the Speicher Group.
We’re a team.
One of the ways the Speicher Group has succeeded is by emphasizing the success of the team through a positive work environment. We do a lot of work cheerleading and promoting a positive attitude, as well as coaching team members to determine whether they’re reaching their client’s goals and how we can help. We want everyone to walk in the door each morning with the right mindset and then to pass that positivity on to our clients. When our agents feel good, our clients feel good, and it’s better for everybody all around.
But just how did the Washingtonian Magazine determine their “Best of” winners?
Washingtonian Magazine states that it goes beyond sales volume and that the list takes many factors into account:
We sent surveys to nearly 16,000 recent home buyers asking them to rank their agents on a series of criteria, including integrity, market knowledge, and negotiation skills. We called mortgage brokers and settlement attorneys and asked them who they most enjoy doing business with and whose clients always seem happiest. And of course, we asked dozens of agents to dish about their peers.
We really do want to thank our community for supporting us and honoring us with this award! We would be nowhere without you!
