Buying a home feels daunting until you work with us
Because we actually take care of everything for you – from our very first conversation all the way through settlement. We gladly shoulder the 17,289 phone calls and 42,175 emails in between just to hear our clients say at the end of it, “Hey that was easy.” Here’s how our process works:

  1. Get matched with an agent
    We’ll have an initial call to talk through what you’re looking for in a home. Based on your particular needs, our Customer Experience team will match you with one of our agents. From there, we’ll set up a face-to-face appointment.
  2. Meet up and talk details
    We’ll walk you through the entire buying process from start to finish. We’ll cover the contract, the current market conditions, and how to draft a winning offer in today’s market. Maybe you already have your heart set on the home you want to buy. We’ll get you in it ASAP. We’ll also pull a few other homes in the area that you might not be aware of that also fit your criteria.
  3. (House) shop ’til we drop
    We’ll look at as many homes as you want – not by scrolling through Zillow or Redfin, but by experiencing them in person. And we won’t stop until you find the one. After every showing, we’ll listen to all your likes, dislikes, and strong preferences to build your customized profile in our system that will narrow down our search and ultimately help you find the perfect home.
  4. Have your “This is it” moment
    Maybe you’ll know the second you pull into the driveway, or once you step into the master suite, or the morning after sleeping on it. As soon as you decide that you want to buy the house, we get to work on your offer.
  5. Not all offers are created equal
    Price matters, but it’s not everything. You can get the price right and still submit the wrong offer. At Speicher Group, we have extensive experience in strategizing a winning offer based on the market and what’s important to the seller. Together we’ll create an offer that makes it easy for the seller to say yes.
  6. Negotiations (our favorite part)
    We fiercely advocate the best possible price and terms on your behalf to make sure you’re satisfied with the result.
  7. Go through the appraisal, inspection, and closing…
    With an army of experts behind you at all times. When you hire an agent from Speicher Group, you get access to our entire network as well: lenders, settlement lawyers, mortgage brokers, and more. Our Agent Services Team works with your agent to coordinate it all and make sure you close on time.
  8. And if you need anything else?
