    Then we’ll meet up in person. This is your opportunity to give us more context around your decision to sell, and what your expectations are around listing your home.

    From there, we’ll dive into strategy. Taking into account your specific neighborhood, area comps, local market conditions, and everything else about your home, we’ll advise you on how to price your home right.
  4. Are you cool with us making your home famous?
    We’ll bring in professional real estate stagers, landscapers, photographers, and videographers to get your home ready for market and WOW buyers. By investing in marketing and advertising your home on Zillow, Realtor.com, Google, Facebook, and Instagram, we’ll get tens of thousands of eyes on your home. Last year, our listings appeared in Internet searches millions of times.
  5. We don’t do surprises
    At this part of the process, most agents keep their clients at a distance. Not us. We believe this is a partnership, so we’ll be there whenever you need us and there will be no surprises. As we schedule the showings and handle the communication with the buyers’ agents, you’ll never wonder, “What’s next?”
  6. Promote your home to 50K+ buyers
